This British territory in the Caribbean has a small spirits industry, with rum, vodka and liqueurs being the principal products. Rum is of course, a tradition in the Caribbean and the Cayman Islands examples run the gamut from light to rich; the latter offering chocolate and roasted nut aromas. Most of these rums are meant for mixing in cocktails.

A leading style of liqueur is coffee liqueur; with tropical fruit and pepper notes, these are distinctive liqueurs.
